rent24 expands to Hanover

Hanover, 14th of September 2020: rent24, one of the world’s leading coworking providers, continues its expansion course and opens its first location in Hanover. “Hanover has established itself in recent years as one of the founding hotspots in Germany – opening a coworking space here was the next logical step in our expansion strategy,” says Robert Bukvić, founder and CEO of rent24. “Innovative and flexible workplace strategies like coworking have great potential and will decisively shape the image of the modern working world. With rent24, the business location Hanover has gained a large coworking provider, adding decisive value for the startup scene, especially through its strong network, which complements the existing offer in a meaningful way. This is a further important step to push innovations and at the same time strengthen young entrepreneurs and the future of the economy”, comments Philipp Rösler, former German top politician and Hannover expert.

In addition to founders and startups, the rent24 network also includes established companies, spread across the approximately 70 rent24 locations over three continents. Tenants within this community can thus build global networks and make ideal use of synergies. “We know how important it is to exchange experience and ideas. Especially for young entrepreneurs, the best possible networking is essential. We also want to give freelancers, startups and companies from Hanover the opportunity to become part of our community,” says Bukvić.

In the TOWER 31 – centrally located near the central station and the Leibniz University – rent24 offers its tenants an all-round service with state-of-the-art working conditions in private offices and open work areas, supplemented by conference rooms, lounge areas and kitchens. In addition, the new coworking areas offer a unique view over the whole city: they extend over approximately 1,200 square meters of the two upper floors of the 70-meter high building.
