The first Berlin rent24 coworking & coliving campus to open in May

Berlin, May 8, 2018: On May 24, rent24, the leading European coworking and coliving provider, will open a coliving space in Berlin with over 3,500 square metres of space. Freelancers, company founders and projects teams from major companies will soon be able to rent a room on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Every room is uniquely designed with high-quality furnishings. A private gym, several kitchens, an event space, and lounge and communal areas are also available to guests.

“We see coliving as the logical next step to coworking,” says Robert Bukvic, founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH. “Many business models now function completely online. It does not matter whether you work in Chicago, Tel Aviv or Berlin. Outside of work, those who are independent can discover the world, without necessarily having to commit for a long time. We are now able to offer these digital nomads the perfect all-round package.”

rent24’s coliving offer in Berlin-Schöneberg is varied – both single rooms and shared rooms with private or shared bathrooms are available. Guests also receive discounts that can be used at rent24 coworking spaces. There are three of these in Berlin alone – with a total surface area of over 10,000 square metres. Another coliving location in Chemnitz will also open shortly, further locations are planned.
