rent24 opens two new Coworking locations in Amsterdam

Berlin, 27 January 2017: One of the leading German Coworking and Coliving provider rent24 is expanding internationally. In summer 2017 another rent24 Coworking Space will open in the historical buildings of the Magna Plaza department store. Renovations are underway on the top floor of the famous attraction. The building with its fantastic central city location dates from the 19th century, when it was a post office. It has since been listed in the top 100 Dutch UNESCO heritage sites. „We are delighted to be able to greet our Coworkers here – this location is comparable to KaDeWe in Berlin or Harrods in London – so it’s really special,” says Robert Bukvic, Founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH.

The first rent24 Coworking Space will open in Holland’s capital in March 2017. Amsterdam is an exciting city and we are delighted to be able to offer our Coworking concept here,” explains Bukvic. The first tenants, including a local creative agency, have already been acquired for the Coworking Space. The Bridge Building has given the space its finishing touch and it’ll be ready for start-ups, entrepreneurs and established companies to move into the stylish rent24 designed space from March. The location in western Amsterdam has excellent transport links and many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The area of Bos en Lommer is particularly popular with younger residents.

Every rent24 location has not only open and separated work areas, but also conference rooms, shared events, bar and lounge areas. “We believe in not only providing an efficient workplace, but also promoting communication and exchange amongst the community,” explains Bukvic. “We plan to open new sites this year as part of our expansion across Germany and Europe.”
