rent24 opens coworking space in Germany’s first skyscraper

Berlin, 03.05.2018: rent24, a leading European coworking and coliving provider, has high aspirations: at the end of the year the company is opening a coworking space in what was once Germany‘s tallest building, the 159-metre tall WestendGate. Opposite the Frankfurt Trade Fair site, members will find workspaces in open-plan office areas, private offices and conference rooms, as well as lounge areas and kitchens; everything they need for a productive working day. However, the absolute highlight at the new location is the breathtaking view of the Frankfurt skyline. The coworking space spans three floors and a total surface area of more than 3,300 square metres.

“Frankfurt remains the undisputed financial capital of Germany. Besides numerous established players, who are hoping for new impetus from working in coworking spaces, the Fintech scene in particular is booming here in the start-up-sector,” said Robert Bukvic, founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH. “That makes the city appealing to us in two respects – and the view here is something really special.”

The building is located on Hamburger Allee 2-4, not far from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, and has ideal transport connections. So entrepreneurs, freelancers and employees of large companies can easily reach their future workplace. Birgit Ritscher-Filka, Executive Director and Head of Leasing & Marketing at operator RFR Management GmbH is delighted with the new tenant: “The range of services offered by rent24 also provides all the other companies in the building with additional benefits. It is also impressive to see how they are changing the spaces with their creative design.”
