Hop on the mat, take a deep breath and join our relaxing After Work Yoga. All levels are welcome!
And to the dudes: Yoga was originally created for men. Promised, you will feel your muscles work.
Our yoga coach is Mellie, an „Ayurveda Practitioneer“.
You bring: comfortable sportswear, towel and if you have your Yoga Mat. Otherwise, we have a few Yoga Mats for you.
We take care of: music, drinks, snacks and relaxation🙂
