Take a deep breath and enjoy yoga in a friendly and easy going atmosphere with like-minded people. The goal within the session is always to leave the class more alive and rested. All yoga levels are welcome.
Take a deep breath – relaxing After Work Yoga session with Ricarda
We will do a mix of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga (sometimes combined with a breathing exercise) and start out slowly to warm up and build up more heat with a couple of flows. Towards the end, we will do some inversions.
What you should bring with
For our yoga session, you should bring a yoga mat (some of which we have in reserve for you on site), water and some warmer clothes to warm up and cool down (savasana).
