The next UX Stammtisch Metropole Ruhr will take place on the 5th of September 2019 – for the first time under the new name “UX Meetup Metropole Ruhr”. He is dedicated to the design of immersive applications. Holger Kürten and Mario-Andreas Stahl of Senselab.io show what is important and why the development of good virtual reality applications is so much fun.
Holger Kürten calls himself an early adopter of virtual reality technology and has been a game developer for 4.5 years. From MMOS to Serios Games he gained a lot of experience. What fascinates him about VR is immersion and the possibility of traveling to places that are unattainable in the real world.
Mario-Andreas Stahl is an expert in mixed reality and works for Senselab.io in the area of marketing and sales. As a former teacher of technology and computer science, the meaningful use of these new technologies is a matter close to his heart. With more than 10 years of didactic work experience and more than 4 years of experience in marketing and sales, he helps his clients to “mindset the limitless possibilities”.
The two talk about the peculiarities of interaction design, about funny Fails and how to convince customers, which makes sense. Of course, trying out is not too short. Look forward to this interactive presentation with cold beer and a good mood.
Michael Jendryschik, Head of the German-UPA Regional Group Metropole Ruhr, will remain at the location as usual: we will meet from 6:30 pm. As always, the participation is free, beer and popcorn is free, only for other drinks (soft drinks, café, etc.) is a coffee pot on trust on the counter.
